Angel Liu is a mother of 2 beautiful children. She enjoyed making dumplings and noodle soup with her grandmother during her childhood. Since then, her passion is to be a great cook.
She believes that in today’s life we should eat healthy and freshly made foods without any chemicals. Therefore, Angel Liu is offering home-made dumplings and freshly made sushi for you to take home or to enjoy them in our sushi takeaway. We use Swiss meats for cooking. The salmon we use is from Scotland as it is one of the best uncooked salmon in the world. We also use Swiss vegetables wherever possible.
